MMA in Denver This Past Weekend
I always knew I was a player and not a spectator, but I never really realized how much until I went to the Ring of Fire, MMA fight in Denver this past weekend.
Still Training Away at 6400 feet….
I’m sure I will suffer terribly racing 5k road races but if I can run under 17 up here then I’ll be impossible to beat this year. I think I only ran 19:30 for a 5k at 5,000 feet the year I ran right at 2 minutes for the 800m.
